Whether the tag is on the outside of the garment, facing front, or behind the large tag, tags are not soiled or bent, Check for correct tag number, color, and code number.
Randomly pull out a few and perform dimensional matching. Measure if they meet the size requirements specified by the customer.
Check the clothes for lint and check for broken threads. After the lint is cut, remove the lint.
Once the garment has been inspected and meets inspection quality requirements, it is packaged. The packaging bags are clear plastic bags that meet environmental protection standards. The folded clothes are placed in the bag and sealed.
Inspects packaged clothes with a needle inspection machine. The clothes are checked for broken needles and other metal objects. Clothes that do not pass through the machine are removed from the bag and carefully checked. In the unlikely event that a broken needle or metal object is found, it is removed and inspected again by the needle reader.
Check the number of packaged clothes before boxing them up. Clothes of the same color and the same size are placed in the same cardboard box; if one type or one color does not fit in one cardboard box, it is packed in combination with clothes of other designs and different colors.
Write the color, quantity, and size of all clothing in the cardboard box on the outer box, number, total quantity, net weight, and outer box. Seal the cardboard box with tape.
Check the bag surface for even nail alignment and holes. Check the bag for stains. Check for broken, rusted, or deformed hardware.
