What is OEM service?
We provide OEM production services for your desired garments (including liaison with factories for OEM production, inspections, and export-related operations).
1、Negotiation and order placement
Once we receive your sample order based on the expected price of the fabric, we will provide you with fabrics according to your needs, Our staff will procure the fabric from Guangzhou Zhongda Fabric Market. We will then receive the swatches and provide them to you in one of the following two ways A: We will take pictures of the swatch and let the customer choose the image. B: We send the swatches to Japan for you to select. After checking the samples and fabrics, we will give you a quote and if the price is right, we will start the production process.
2、Sample production process
After receiving sample instructions from the customer, we will produce the 1st sample after confirming the size of fabrics, accessories, etc. requested. After confirming the size of the first sample, we will send the customer the image shown on the right, and after confirmation, we will send the finished product and provide a quotation.
3、Production and shipping
You are required to confirm the price, delivery date, and means of transportation of the goods. (For shipping service, it is mainly from Shenzhen Shekou port.) Shipping company is Distribution King. Air freight is mainly DHL. Upon receiving orders from customers, we arrange fabric orders to the factory and inspect the products upon arrival. If requested, we will make a SECOND sample before production and start production. Interim inspection will be conducted, and the products will be inspected again before packing and shipping.
